“Quality Built Solutions the First Time” Ms. Rakoci co-founded Russell A.C., Inc. in 1981. Two decades later, the company has grown to 130+ employees and grosses $15 million in revenue. “The goal is to do it right the first time, but the reality is that you have to be able to stand behind it.” Ms. Rakoci has been active in the Arizona Builders’ Alliance (ABA) and the Associated Builder Contractors (ABC). Ms. Rakoci was the president of the ABA in 1997.
